For whom is the programme intended?
The programme represents a preventive measure. It is mainly intended for people without any severe symptoms. Such people suffer from fatigue, poor sleeping, irritability, rapid tiredness and higher susceptibility to health problems. By psychophysically disburdening of the body, occurrence and development of problems are being prevented. The programme will fill you with new fresh energy.
It is highly recommended for people facing a lot of stress on a daily basis and people with inadequate and irregular nutrition. The programme is also suitable for people with mild problems of respiratory (repeating colds, anginas, allergies, etc.), locomotory (problems in cervical and lumbar spine, etc.), digestive (gastritis, reflux, etc.), cardiocirculatory system (smaller problems with blood pressure, periodical disturbances in rhythm, etc.) and problematic skin (psoriasis, dermatitis, etc.).
The detoxifying week is highly recommended as a so-called introduction (disburdening of the body) to therapeutic programmes available for severe problems with weight, locomotory system, respiratory system, etc.
The programme is not recommended for severe and newly occurring heart problems, high blood pressure, renal diseases, haemorrhages, malignancies.
